Talking with my friends and colleagues about Hypnosis, it appears there is a reputation of it being a party trick that is performed on stage, that it doesn’t work and or its unethical as it makes people do things they don’t want to do. It is unfortunate that Hypnosis has this reputation. A degree of scepticism is a good thing to have, but to just dismiss Hypnosis or judge it before understanding how it works and the real science behind it means many are missing out on the powerful and rapid changes they could be making in areas of their life.
