I've just fallen off my horse - metaphorically speaking that is... I've stopped meditating, I haven't meditated in the last 4 days.
I find this an interesting thing because it's something we all go through, where we drop off doing something and then struggle to get back to doing it again, sometimes we question if we should continue doing it or not. In fact Seth Godin has written a whole book about this phenomena. He calls it "The Dip" and when you are in this dip you have to decide if you will stick it out or quit. Its a very interesting read if you are currently suffering this (Like I am!!!)

I have two passions! Self Improvement/Success and Technology
I love the idea of the technologies of the future. 1 of my goals is to own and fund my own Scientific Research company that helps bring about really cool technologies.
What if you could breath underwater, become invisible, see through walls well some of these SciFi things are very close to being available.

 Whats with all this R word being thrown around. And by the R word i mean Re. I mean Re Recession. You see i really struggle to get it out because of my belief in the Law of Attraction.
That is just whats happening here Australia is using the Law of Attraction and Talking itself into a recession.

 Have you seen the movie "The Bucket List"?
It was released in 2007 and stared Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman. It is the story of 2 ill men who go on a road trip with a wish list of all the things they want to do before they kick the bucket.
Now I think its sad that these men waited until they were ill before they thought about and went about achieving their wish list, I wonder what stopped them from starting earlier.
I wont be waiting for an illness in fact i'm starting right away on your list. I have made a start on my 101 things todo before I die list.
