hello everyone

my name is daniel and i work in my family business where i am the sales/estimator/business developer/marketing manager. our company helps builders by offering a formwork service which sets up floors in multilevel buildings for concrete to be poured into.

our business has been going for 4 years and we recently gone through a major lesson which has made us stronger. we love our industry and look forward to the furture.

i joined this site to meet other people like myself and to help new people with what i have learned over my time in business.

yes i do wear many hats i also have my father who does all the onsite things like pr and my brother who does th e resource and onsite management then my sister who is the financial controller so we all have our place and we all love what we do.

as for our lesson we had some problems early on which we didnt know about or rectify faster which gave us a cashflow problem now. this made all off us on edge as it looked like we were doomed but instead of looking at the should ofs and could ofs we looked at the problem we faced and broke it down to what we needed to do to fix it. the biggest challenge was to still look to the furture while working on this current problem however now we have a more solid foundation and this will never happen agian.

i would like to see this site be free to share problems for new and current business owners to help each other and all share our knowledge.

life is for living and learning and being the best you possible and i beleive business can do all this for you and more its a great path to take and the journey is awesome and each challenge you meet head on as they teach you more than anything.
